  1. Pescetarian
  2. Minimize caloric intake
    1. Periodic Fasting
    2. Protein Restriction
  3. Avoid processed meats
  4. Fitness - Exercise regularly.

    2. No alcohol (certainly not in large amounts)

    6. Exercise
  7. Blood lipids (cholesterol) - leads to cardiovascular disease
    1. Predictor is Triglycerides to High-density lipoprotein (HDL) ratio
