1. What are the inputs and outputs to the system?
2. How do I modify the inputs to get the outputs that I want?
3. Responsibility for everything. In response to each problem, say, here are the things that I could have done that would have changed the outcome.
4. Frame that assumes that the outcome depends on your decision / action.
   1. And it failed, because my voice was too fast, I didn’t let it resonate
   2. And of course I couldn’t look her in the eyes.

7. That call comes after we know whether we’re in condition 1 or condition 2.

10. Xyz, because I’m capable of climbing any hierarchy. It’s just a question of choosing the right one.
