+
+a detailed analysis of the education problem: schools have sufficient facilities and great teachers, but students are not willing to learn. if all students were motivated (curious, persistent, open-minded), teaching would be trivial — they could even learn on their own with minimal guidance using abundant online resources.
+
+the vision: imagine a class full of motivated students. this simultaneously solves resource problems (everything is online), teacher burnout (they only answer questions, not lecture/chase), and behavioral issues. but motivated students are a tiny minority, and negative stereotypes exist around liking learning.
+
