When I am about to open up my phone and watch YouTube in the morning instead of being quiet and going back to sleep — I can change that. I have a power to make a choice. Celebrate that power, and remake the choice constantly. Those choices stack up to create who I am and what I present as, until they are my external clothing of identity.
